Carnegie Surgical LLC Website Return & Refund Policy


  • Orders are returnable up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (exceptions listed below apply).
  • For returns, please email us at or contact us at (866) 728 -7144
  • To obtain a Returned Authorization (RA) number, please have the following information on hand when you contact us: Customer Name, Order Number, Item Number, Lot Number and Concern.
  • The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to you or will not be refunded.
  • All products to be returned must be returned within 7 days from receiving the RA Number in an unused condition and must include original packing material, IFUs and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  • The returns authorized by Carnegie Surgical LLC will be subject to 10%-25% restocking fee if returned without original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges will (generally) not be accepted after 30 calendar days.
  • After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty may still be applicable.


  • Items that are marked with customer-specific etching
  • Instruments etched, repaired or modified by the customer in any way
  • Used or processed instruments
  • Custom-produced, non-catalog items

Shipping returns back

  • On all product returns, you are responsible for return shipping unless the sender has made a mistake. You may use UPS, USPS, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice through which online shipment tracking is available.
  • If you are returning an item shipped as our mistake, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you for the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping expense in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us.


  • If you paid for the purchase with a credit card or PayPal, your account would be credited back the purchase amount once the product has been received and checked by our staff. If you paid with a cheque or money order, allow 10-14 days to receive your refund cheque from Carnegie Surgical LLC when we receive the returned product.


  • We reserve the right to make adjustments for all prices and products due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. Pictures of the items shown on our website doesn’t mean that all the items shown in the picture are included in the price since items may be shown on the website with all accessories which are available as optional and should be purchased additionally, please read the description carefully to check what are the contents of product you are ordering.
